hi, I’m bethany

and I believe that secure

relationships start with secure selves.

My path to becoming a therapist started when I was a young adult, sitting in a therapist’s office myself. Experiencing the power of feeling truly seen and supported inspired me to help others discover their own clarity, courage and connection.

With a foundation in attachment theory and years of experience supporting individuals and couples, I specialize in helping people heal from the inside out. Whether it’s inner child work, mood disorders, or life transitions, I bring a blend of compassion, curiosity, and honesty to every session.
